In 1970 the founder of cottage industry Konstantinos Moutevelis, came from Kalamata to Athens so as to continue the fight of survival, always carrying, however with him the memories and the deliveries of his origin. With his personal care, experience, taste and zeal, he created, with the precious help of his spouse, the smoked traditional Kalamata sausages with orange skin, wine and natural seasonings.
Today, Dimitrios Moutevelis, faithful in the work of his father and in the delivery of his family, continues producing with the same authentic way, chosen flavor sausages.
