Some decades ago our grandfather Konstantinos came from Kalamata bringing with him the authentic recipe of sausage with orange. This recipe was later bequeathed to his son and we offer it to you, until today, pure, traditional and the same exactly as the old one. Premium pieces of fresh pork meat are mixed with cumin, savory and cilantro balancing, excellently, the perfume that the natural skin orange offers. All these components are kneaded with chosen red wine and mature for 24-hour before they are filled in natural pork intestine, dried out in air and finally smoked traditionally with timber of beech. The result vindicates our faith in the delivery of the classic country sausage of Kalamata. Strong aroma and unique flavor that will certainly delight you!
